HUANG YAOSHI finished strongly to end up midfield at only start at Pakenham Park and first try at this distance, chance to place. CINCITY short back-up of seven days and faded to finish sixth at only start at Kembla Grange, not the worst. YORKSHIRE ROCK short back-up of seven days and ran 12 lengths back from the winner last start at Kembla Grange when first up, place hope.
Race 1 tips - 1st: AFRICAN RAINBOW (5), 2nd: HUANG YAOSHI (4), 3rd: CINCITY (3), 4th: YORKSHIRE ROCK (8).

Race 2 summary - This race should prove a reliable form reference. TUTU gets the blinkers on for the first time and was in the mix in recent outings, the testing material. MR KYLIN in the money last start running second at Gosford and should race on the speed, outside hope. ANTONIO'S PRIDE amongst the placegetters last start running third at Newcastle and blinkers come off for the first time, consider in exotics. SUGARLAND EXPRESS next best.
Race 2 tips - 1st: TUTU (3), 2nd: MR KYLIN (6), 3rd: ANTONIO'S PRIDE (1), 4th: SUGARLAND EXPRESS (2).

Race 3 summary - SHUDABEEN couldn't hold on and just missed last start at Canterbury Park when fresh, for the exotics. MOWAYUNCLE resumes after a 16 week spell and won last at this track, consider in exotics. STREET IDOL ran sixth at only start at Gosford but drops in weight, for the wider exotics. FABA has trialled well and a forward showing is expected on debut.
Race 3 tips - 1st: SHUDABEEN (7), 2nd: MOWAYUNCLE (6), 3rd: STREET IDOL (4), 4th: FABA (5).

Race 4 summary - RIGHT AS RAIN resumes after a 33 week spell and placed in both trials, hard to go past. LEAVEN OF MALICE first-up after 19 week break and gets the blinkers on for the first time, for the wider exotics. THISTLEDO gave nothing else a chance to win last start to break maiden at Gosford when resuming and likely to race on the speed, include in exotics. NERETVA next best.
Race 4 tips - 1st: RIGHT AS RAIN (4), 2nd: LEAVEN OF MALICE (6), 3rd: THISTLEDO (1), 4th: NERETVA (3).

Race 5 summary - PERSIA only able to place as favourite at only start at Newcastle, big chance. RED ZEPHYR back from 20 week spell and much better, placing at Wagga last time out, still in this. MISSYBEEL on debut and trialling well, place claims. YESTERYEAR disappointing at only start at Kembla Grange and goes up in distance for the first time, place chance.
Race 5 tips - 1st: PERSIA (5), 2nd: RED ZEPHYR (3), 3rd: MISSYBEEL (10), 4th: YESTERYEAR (7).

Race 6 summary - MASTERATI strong in winning last start to break maiden at Newcastle and won or placed last three, will take the power of beating. CEDARWOOD chasing back to back wins after breaking maiden last start at Kembla Grange, include in exotics. CONCISELY faded to finish seventh last start at Wyong and should race on the speed, outside hope. RACY faded to finish sixth last start at Hawkesbury and should race on the speed, capabable of getting into the money with a bit of luck.
Race 6 tips - 1st: MASTERATI (1), 2nd: CEDARWOOD (4), 3rd: CONCISELY (2), 4th: RACY (6).

Race 7 summary - LABROOKE won or placed four of last seven and won last start at Tuncurry, commands respect. SPINNING GOLD faded to finish sixth last start at Mudgee but genuine frontrunner and drops 1.5kg from last run, still in this. CROSSING GUARD finished in the middle of the pack last start at Tuncurry and likely to race off the speed, the real danger in the race. PRETTY SMART for the wider exotics.
Race 7 tips - 1st: LABROOKE (1), 2nd: SPINNING GOLD (7), 3rd: CROSSING GUARD (4), 4th: PRETTY SMART (6).

Race 8 summary - Genuine speed engaged in this one. SMOOTH TYCOON on a seven day back-up and gets the blinkers on for the first time, a winning chance. INVINCIBLE QUEST back after 23 week break and has had a flying start to their career, consider in exotics. BELLA VINO resumes after a spell of 19 weeks and winner or placed in six of past seven, for the exotics. AZZIE'S READY back from let-up and winner or placed in five of past seven, include in exotics.
Race 8 tips - 1st: SMOOTH TYCOON (4), 2nd: INVINCIBLE QUEST (6), 3rd: BELLA VINO (1), 4th: AZZIE'S READY (5).
