Inglis Digital to offer More Joyous daughter and sibling

Media Release - Monday October 18

The incredible opportunities arising through Inglis Digital continue with confirmation that the platform will offer a daughter of and a sister to 8-time G1 winning champion More Joyous over the coming 10 days.

Joyous Legend (3f Snitzel – More Joyous), pictured, an $800,000 Inglis Easter Yearling purchase and subsequently a debut 2YO winner before a narrow defeat when placed in the prestigious G2 Percy Sykes Stakes will be offered as a racing and breeding proposition in a bespoke Inglis Digital Online auction to be conducted on Wednesday and Thursday, October 20 and 21.

Joyous Legend is for sale on Inglis Digital.

Sunday Legend (3f More Then Ready – Sunday Joy), an unraced full-sister to superstar More Joyous and a $500,000 Inglis Easter Yearling Sale purchase will be offered as a racing and breeding prospect as part of the Inglis Digital October (Late) Online Sale to be held from October 22 – 27.

“I am not really a breeder, racing is my passion and while I bought these fillies as race fillies, I knew that they would have significant value as breeding prospects in time,” said Mr Bon Ho, owner of both Joyous Legend and Sunday Legend.

“I have noted the strength of the Inglis Digital market for the sale of broodmares and breeding prospects of late and it seems an opportune time to offer them for sale as I am constantly looking to reconfigure and regenerate my racing team.

“There is nothing too elaborate about offering them in separate sales, we just felt that selling both of them a week apart would allow each the necessary time to be carefully considered by buyers.

“They have been carefully and considerately managed and I have no doubt that they have the potential to represent fantastic value for sophisticated investors” said Mr Ho.

Inglis’ General Manager of Bloodstock Operations and International Development Jonathan D’Arcy is understandably delighted at the prospect of offering these two blue-blooded fillies.

“Mr Ho is a wonderful patron of Australian racing and breeding and has been tremendously successful with his investments including the likes of recent success stories Classique Legend, Southern Legend and Madam Legend amongst others.

“To have the opportunity to offer stock of this quality to the market is an incredible privilege and I have no doubt that discerning investors will be excited to have the opportunity to compete for fillies like these through a public auction,” said D’Arcy.

All necessary information on both fillies, including photos, videos and reports will be made available well in advance of their respective sales through inglisdigital.com.

Joyous Legend and Sunday Legend will be available for inspection by appointment, please contact Jonathan D’Arcy or Sebastian Hutch to discuss arrangements.
