Three new Group I winners since the start of the season has prompted us to take a look at Arrowfield Stud’s champion sire Snitzel’s crop by crop stats to see how his later crops of foals conceived from big fees are performing.

Sntizel stands at Arrowfield Stud at a fee of $165,000.

His three new Group I winners are Yearning (MRC Thousand Guineas (1600m), Wild Ruler (MVRC Moir Stakes (1000m) and In the Congo (ATC Golden Rose (1400m).

All three are bred from top class racemares, Yearning and In the Congo from Group I winners Rising Romance (NZ) and Via Africa (SAfr), while Wild Ruler is from Group II winner Gypsy Robin (USA) –their pedigrees listed below.
