Opening Online Bid $1mil for Funstar

No sooner had the Inglis July Early Online Sale opened on Friday when the first bid arrived for Group One winning mare Funstar at $1million.

Winner of the Gr.1 Flight Stakes as a three year-old and placed a further four times at the highest level, the former Chris Waller trained mare is Lot 268 of the current Inglis digital sale which ends next Wednesday – July 14.

She is being sold as a racing and breeding proposition and is from a family on the rise, being a half-sister to Gr1 winner Youngster and a three-quarter sister to the dam of three time Group One winner and star of the recent Qld winter carnival, Tofane.
