Luvaluva Retired - What a Great Opportunity

Randwick trainer John Sargent has announced via Twitter that his star mare Luvaluva has been retired due to injury, news that will prick the ears of many commercial breeders as she is by the same sire as the dam of current Group I star Loving Gaby.

A multiple Group winner with the Group II VRC Wakeful Stakes her highlight win, Luvaluva has a very appealing pedigree.

She is by Mastercraftsman (IRE) from a daughter of Galileo (IRE) opening up a wide variety of options as to a future partner with Loving Gaby’s sire I Am Invincible an obvious contender.
