French Stakes Winner Headed to Waller Stable

Media Release - Sunday March 8

The well named French 3yo filly BEBEAUTIFUL (Le Havre) provided her new Australian owners with a thrill when she won her 3rd start for the year in a Listed race over 1900m in Deauville last week.

Bebeautiful will be heading to AustraliaClosely related to the globe trotting international champion Gordon Lord Byron, BEBEAUTIFUl is building an impressive CV of 5 starts for two second placing as a 2yo and three wins in a row this year in France.

The rich black imposing filly caught the eye of bloodstock agent Louis Le Metayer from Astute Bloodstock who build a partnership last week to secure the filly only 48hours before her Listed win.

“Prominent owner Brae Sokolski came to France last summer and gave me an order for a good filly so I am thrilled that BEBEAUTIFUL could deliver this result for us.”

The partnership also include boutique farms Lustre Lodge, Robrick Lodge as well as HARLEM’s part owners John, Ros and Jono Andrews. Australian owners Manoj Wanzare, Paul Tomsic and Richard Mews also are part of the ownership group.
