One to Watch – Kembla

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday March 3

Astute yearling judge Carmel Size has bought some top class horses that are named ‘Legend’ and we may have seen another at Kembla on Tuesday.

All Time Legend as a yearlingZoustar gelding All Time Legend had some issues when he finished unplaced on debut at Warwick Farm in January, but the Les Bridge trained three year-old was expected to show a lot more in the 1400 metre maiden today and duly delivered for punters.

Sent out a hot favourite, All Time Legend stalked $1.1million Frankel colt Significance throughout before forging away from him over the final furlong as though he were tied to the fence.

It was an encouraging performance that will no doubt have his trainer looking at a lot better races for him in the future.

A $300,000 Inglis  Easter purchase for Carmel Size Racing from the Woodside Park draft, All Time Legend is a full brother to smart metro winner Star Fall and is the second winner from Snow Bell  (Fr), a stakes-winning  daughter of Kendargent.

Woodside Park sold the current yearling from Snow Bell, a filly by Written tycoon for $160,000 at Inglis Premier this week.
