Racenet tip sheet - Wagga Wagga, Thursday August 31

Breednet - Thursday August 31

This is the Racenet preview and tip sheet for Thursday’s meeting at Wagga Wagga.

The track is rated a good (4) interim 31/8 - 7:30am and the rail is in the true position.

Racenet’s summaries and tips for the meeting are.

Race 1 summary - Betting looks the best guide but based on trial form for the unraced would have to put the Danny Williams trained VERLAN on top after dominant Goulburn trial win. TE ATA finished off her trial solidly enough behind Fell Swoop and would respect whilst NICOTIC has the speed to lead these from wide gate and will take some catching from the corner. Don't leave DUTCHESSE MOSHE out of place chances if any money about for her.
Race 1 tips - 1st: VERLAN (11), 2nd: TE ATA (10), 3rd: NICOTIC (7), 4th: DUTCHESSE MOSHE (9).

Race 2 summary - Last couple of placings for COOLOTTA suggest this is right race for him to return to winners stall. BABY DON'T CRY won in a canter here two back and if finds that form will go close whilst GENTLEMAN MAX can never be left out of chances in this class. Include MITCHELL ROAD in multiples.
Race 2 tips - 1st: COOLOTTA (5), 2nd: BABY DON'T CRY (2), 3rd: GENTLEMAN MAX (3), 4th: MITCHELL ROAD (4).

Race 3 summary - FANTASY BELLE has blinkers going on first time and if she can hold form from first two runs back can get away with this. Liked the way MEL BEA worked to the line last start and second-up will strip fitter. PAYDAY PRINCESS has a horror barrier draw but with advantage of apprentice claim looks well in. EXPLOSIVE SPORT is another drawn awkwardly but racing well enough to figure.
Race 3 tips - 1st: FANTASY BELLE (8), 2nd: MEL BEA (10), 3rd: PAYDAY PRINCESS (11), 4th: EXPLOSIVE SPORT (2).

Race 4 summary - SURPRISE PARTY comes back from much better races in town and gets chance to win. QUIETLY BRILLIANT races well fresh and cannot leave out of chances whilst ADOLESCENT should get perfect run from ideal barrier and looks place chance. Cannot leave LADY HENRIETTA out of multiples.
Race 4 tips - 1st: SURPRISE PARTY (5), 2nd: QUIETLY BRILLIANT (1), 3rd: ADOLESCENT (8), 4th: LADY HENRIETTA (3).

Race 5 summary - HANGIN' WITH WILLY lines up for third straight win and cannot knock winning form. ZARLU is the one to be watching for late although the weight a concern. CHEROKEE WARRIOR and LAW OF THE LAND for the wider exotics.

Race 7 summary - Really liked the way ALLEZ TROIENNE finished the race off to win last start and no reason she will not win again. YAWKEY WAY deserved maiden win last start and will measure up to this whilst FINANCIAL MISS will be up on the speed for long way in this field. SHARIF should get all the favours from ideal barrier.
Race 7 tips - 1st: ALLEZ TROIENNE (8), 2nd: YAWKEY WAY (9), 3rd: FINANCIAL MISS (6), 4th: SHARIF (1).

Race 8 summary - This is nice race with couple of promising gallopers in this. ANNA'S JOY may drive through and lead these from inside gate and with 4kg apprentice aboard looks hard to catch. PATRIKA BELLE did plenty wrong on debut but sure to be better from the race experience and if manners improve will measure up. KRUANUI finally broke maiden status last start and may go on with it here. FRENCH GIGGLE was solid winning fresh and cannot leave out of chances.
Race 8 tips - 1st: ANNA'S JOY (1), 2nd: PATRIKA BELLE (5), 3rd: KRUANUI (3), 4th: FRENCH GIGGLE (2).
