The Memsie Stakes will carry a seven-figure prizemoney purse for the first time in 2017 and multiple Group I winners Black Heart Bart and Le Romain top the ratings on 115.

The pair sit ahead of Australian Cup winner Humidor (112) while Foxplay (111), who went within a head of upsetting the champion Winx in the Group II Warwick Stakes, is also among the Memsie Stakes entries.

Goodwood winner Vega Magic (111) and the resuming He Or She (105) form half of the Hayes and Dabernig stable's Memsie Stakes contingent with Grande Rosso and Seaburge also chances to represent the stable.

In-form galloper Ability (103) will attempt to stretch his winning streak to 1400m in the Memsie Stakes while David Vandyke will begin Yankee Rose's Melbourne campaign in the event (108).

Saturday's Caulfield meeting also features the Group III HDF McNeil Stakes (1200m) for three-year-olds, which has attracted 21 entries, and the Group III The Heath 1100 Stakes (1100m), which has 20 runners nominated.
