Phoenix Thoroughbreds have released a statement which “categorically denies all allegations made against it, and its owner, Mr. Amer Abdulaziz” following allegations made under oath in the US OneCoin trial of Mark Scott.

The release reads:

Phoenix Fund Investments LLC categorically denies all allegations made against it, and its owner, Mr. Amer Abdulaziz, in legal proceedings against OneCoin and its conspirators in the US.
