Racenet tip sheet - Nowra, Sunday August 27

Breednet - Sunday August 27

This is the Racenet preview and tip sheet for Sunday’s meeting at Nowra.

The track is rated a good (4) and the rail is in the true position.

Racenet’s summaries and tips for the meeting are.

Race 1 summary - Plenty of speed in this and with the advantage of apprentice claim though JANIS would just be little too speedy for these. FREEDOM CALL led them up for long way first-up and sure to strip fitter for this whilst SUMMIT BREATH comes into this off solid last start placing and will go close again. Don't leave EXACTING out of multiples.
Race 1 tips - 1st: JANIS (1), 2nd: FREEDOM CALL (6), 3rd: SUMMIT BREATH (4), 4th: EXACTING (2).

Race 2 summary - Must keep an eye on betting for the unraced. PRIVILY has some support on debut but battled on the wet. Watch for improvement on a firmer surface. CLASSIC WIND was not beaten all that far at Kembla Grange first-up and sure to strip fitter whilst of the unraced SPICE TREASURE and DIRECT DEFAULT may figure on debut.
Race 2 tips - 1st: PRIVILY (1), 2nd: CLASSIC WIND (9), 3rd: SPICE TREASURE (3), 4th: DIRECT DEFAULT (8).

Race 3 summary - STORMBORN ANGEL was strong winning last start and no reason she cannot go on with it here. FOXDELL was an impressive debut winner who must be included again with no weight on her back. VALHALLA MEMBER showed enough at first prep to be included in winning chances whilst AZCANNYAZ comes off a couple of solid placings and gets chance to go one better.
Race 3 tips - 1st: STORMBORN ANGEL (6), 2nd: FOXDELL (7), 3rd: VALHALLA MEMBER (4), 4th: AZCANNYAZ (3).

Race 4 summary - AMBITIOUS PRINCE broke through for solid maiden win last start and can go on with it in this field. A SNIP OF CYNDY has been racing in consistent form and overdue for a win. KINETON just got too far back last start and that followed solid placing whilst CORAL DOWNS was luckless last start and from inside gate gets her chance.
Race 4 tips - 1st: AMBITIOUS PRINCE (2), 2nd: A SNIP OF CYNDY (3), 3rd: KINETON (6), 4th: CORAL DOWNS (4).

Race 5 summary - IGGY THE MOOCHER is the big query on debut. Liked his trial win at Kembla Grange and expect he will have support. Liked the way CAPPAMORE got home at Beaufort and sure to be better from the race experience. MOMENTUM TO WIN has been racing in stronger city maidens and gets back in a winnable race whilst APPETIZING is third-up from spell and ready to find best form.
Race 5 tips - 1st: IGGY THE MOOCHER (2), 2nd: CAPPAMORE (7), 3rd: MOMENTUM TO WIN (4), 4th: APPETIZING (1).

Race 6 summary - Tough race this one and watch market moves closely on the unraced. METEOR GAL had no luck when always wide on debut. Can improve with much better run in this. NEW YORK MISS will be better from her race experience and expect improvement whilst COWBOY HOUR is from astute stable and if any support would include. DARK DAY next best.
Race 6 tips - 1st: METEOR GAL (2), 2nd: NEW YORK MISS (8), 3rd: COWBOY HOUR (7), 4th: DARK DAY (4).

Race 7 summary - Liked the way VIVA LAVINO got to the line first-up from spell and with that run under her girth she can figure in this. ALABASTA BAY finds it tough to win but always close enough to include in chances. LADY WYNETTE comes into this third-up from spell and should be ready to find best form whilst TEARAWAY CHARLIE only needs form from two back when won maiden in a canter to feature in this.
Race 7 tips - 1st: VIVA LAVINO (3), 2nd: ALABASTA BAY (7), 3rd: LADY WYNETTE (6), 4th: TEARAWAY CHARLIE (1).
