Lane pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding in race three, the 3YO Maiden Plate he won aboard Leather 'N' Lace.

Stewards deemed Lane had shifted in upon straightening and interfered with Anunciate, suspending the jockey for seven meetings to commence at midnight on August 27 and expire at midnight on September 3.

Lane is the rider of the Darren Weir-trained Humidor which is scheduled to run in the Group I Memsie Stakes on September 2.

Jackie Beriman and Jamie Mott were also suspended at the Warrnambool meeting.

Beriman will miss 11 meetings after pleading guilty to shifting in near the 1100m aboard Lava Tongue in the fourth race, the Maiden Plate over 1200m.

Timor Gold clipped heels in the incident and Beriman will commence her suspension at midnight on August 24 and free to ride on September 5.

Mott was found guilty of allowing Ontoff Ofthe World to shift in near the entrance of the straight in the Benchmark64 Handicap over 1300m.

Unrealistic was checked in the move and Mott was suspended for eight meetings, to commence at midnight on August 27 and expire at midnight on September 4.
