Tara Madgwick - Friday August 25
Champion sire Snitzel racked up his fifth stakes-winner of the new season when progressive four year-old gelding Arbeitsam landed the Listed Rowley Mile at Hawkesbury on Thursday for the Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott stable.

Carrying the Dynamic Syndications colours, Arbeitsam (image Steve Hart)  had won three of his past four starts and came into the 1600 metre contest as favourite.

Drawn 10 in a field of 10, Arbeitsam went forward for Tim Clark to lead throughout and win by a length taking his overall record to six wins from 13 starts with prizemoney topping $470,000.
