Sun Stud have Tweeted their first season shuttler National Defense (IRE) has his first mare safely in foal.

National DefenseA Group I winning son of Invincible Spirit, National Defense is set to be a busy boy at Sun Stud this spring so a positive for well bred young mare Magic Water is a great result. Magic Water is an unraced maiden mare from the family of Cox Plate winner Shamus Award.

National Defense stands at a fee of $11,000.
