in Australia.Stunning grey Tapit stallion Frosted (USA) is always a crowd pleaser and the recent spectacular success of his first crop North American yearlings at the Saratoga Sale was the subject of much interest from local breeders.
"Frosted again stole the show on his return to Australia. He's the type of horse where people are naturally drawn to him and he paraded extremely well," Cox said.
"His yearlings stole the show at the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Sale with a $1.3 million dollar filly, the highest price for an American first-crop sire this year.
"We're excited about his yearling sales debut in Australia in January as he has some crackers on our Godolphin farms, with Colin McKenna, Blue Gum and others."
The Victorian roster for Darley features not only Frosted, but also Brazen Beau, Street Boss (USA), Impending, Holler and Sepoy, who has had a string of smart recent winners including Pandemic, Subedar and his star Group I mare Alizee.

year on the track this season with a number of promising two-year-olds," Cox

Victorian breeders also had the chance to see some of the young gun Darley sires standing in NSW.
"For the first time we paraded our New South Wales shuttle stallions – Ribchester (Ire), Harry Angel (Ire), Territories (Ire) and Astern," Cox said.
"They were all really well received and it was a great chance for Victorian breeders to look at them up close.
"Ribchester looked outstanding and has let down really well second season. There was also a great response to Harry Angel at his first parade in Australia. He made a really good impression and is set to cover a big book in the Hunter."
