Sad Passing Magic Albert

Sky Racing have today announced the passing of prolific sire of winners Magic Albert, who has been based at Kooringal Stud in the south west of NSW in recent years.

Magic AlbertHunter Valley where he left the likes of Group I winners Albert the Fat and Ilovethiscity, who has  A brilliant Group II winning son of Zeditave, the handsome chestnut proved a success at stud standing for many years at Yarraman Park in the Hunter Valley where he left the likes of Group I winners Albert the Fat and Ilovethiscity, who has also achieved success at stud as the sire of Group I winner El Dorado Dreaming.

Magic Albert sired over 600 winners of in excess of $49million in prizemoney with 24 stakes-winners in total including Tai Tai Tess, who produced a stunning I Am Invincible colt that made $2million to top the 2018 Magic Millions Yearling Sale for Yarraman Park.

Just turned 21, Magic Albert died of heart failure, but had been in good health and covered 27 mares last spring.
