So You Think Winning Run Extends to Sha Tin

So You Think has had 24 winners in the past 30 days and the winning run extended to Sha Tin on Monday where his promising three year-old Buddies scored his third win with a commanding front running display.

Buddies as a yearlingRidden by Zac Purton and trained by John Moore, Buddies dominated his older rivals to win the 1650 metre Class Three event by nearly three lengths taking his overall record to three win and a second from seven starts.

A $320,000 Inglis Easter purchase from the Yarraman Park draft for George Moore Bloodstock, Buddies is the first winner from Group III placed Anabaa (USA) mare Gladwell.

Buddies is one of four winners in Hong Kong for So You Think from just nine runners.

The sire of over 100 Australian winners this season, So You Think stands at Coolmore at a fee of $38,500 this spring.
