Kingman Star on the Rise

Burgeoning success for Invincible Spirit's exciting young sire son Kingman has seen his fee for Southern Hemisphere covers at Banstead Manor Stud in 2019 doubled to 70,000 pounds adding considerable interest to the only mare being offered at the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale that is in foal to him.

AmuletumSegenhoe Stud originally entered two mares for this sale in foal to Kingman but have withdrawn one of them leaving Lot 1726 Amuletum (GB), who will be offered on Friday.

A Darley bred mare by New Approach from Australian Group I winner Anamato, she was a winner in the UK and is a half-sister to Irish stakes-winner Anamba from a proven Australian Group I family that has produced Group I stars such as Grand Armee, Drum, Dealer Principal and this season's dual Group I winning New Zealand based two year-old Yourdeel.

Juddmonte have released all of their 2019 covering prices for its roster at Banstead Manor Stud to serve mares on southern hemisphere time.

Kingman has made an outstanding start to his stud career, with eight stakes winners including French Classic hero Persian King and the Group II-winning sprinter Calyx.

Frankel, whose Australasian runners have included Group II Tea Rose Stakes winner Miss Fabulass and the Group 1-placed Frankely Awesome, remains an £80,000 option for southern hemisphere breeders.
