Holbrook Thoroughbreds are bringing some quality mares to the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale with 26 mares either straight off the track or presented in foal to a variety of leading sires.

The Dissident colt from Lucky Can Be sold for $175,000 at the MM Weanling Sale last week
Lot 1337 Lucky Can Be (Nadeem) – Group III placed half-sister to Group I winners Ofcourseican and Gimmethegreenlight from the family of Group winners Gregers and Girl Guide.

Her weanling colt by Dissident made $175,000 at the sale last week and she is in foal to Zoustar.

Lot 811 Celebrity Belle (Redoute's Choice) – Unraced three year-old filly by the champion sire from stakes-winning More Than Ready (USA) mare Celebrity Miss, a half0sister to Group II winner Confront from Group I winner Miss Margaret.

Next two dams are by champion sires Marscay and Sir Tristram, what's not to like?

Lot 893 Magical Charm (NZ) (Savabeel) – Three time metropolitan winner in Perth and fourth in the Group III WA Oaks. Full sister to Group I placed Placement and first three dams by champion sires O'Reilly, Centaine and Sir Tristram.

Comes from the family of Group I winner Vanbrugh and Group winners Prisoner of Love, Hoystar, Sportsman and Strike the Stars. Has not been to stud.

Lot 1003 American Joy (Americain (USA) – Four time Perth metropolitan winner and has Black Type with a third placing in the Group III WA Oaks.

Half-sister to stakes-placed El Venetian from the family of Group I VRC Oaks winner Arapahos Miss and has not been to stud.

Lot 1019 Belavynshi (NZ) (Savabeel) – Proven producer as the dam of Salubrious, three time metro winner of over $200,000 and fourth in Group II WATC Lee Steere Stakes.

Three-quarter sister to triple Group I winner Maldivian and offered in foal to Nicconi.

Lot 1489 Rachine (NZ) (Pins) – Metro winner and proven producer as the dam of this season's stakes-placed two year-old Divide the Sea.

From the family of Group I Queensland Oaks winner Provocative and is in foal to leading first season sire Sidestep (pictured below) , sire of Golden Slipper winner Kiamichi.
