Lone Kingman Weanling a Magic Sledmere Stud Star

Tara Madgwick - Sunday May 19
Invincible Spirit's champion son Kingman is one of the hottest young sires in Europe and his lone entry for the 2019 Magic Millions National Weanling Sale is sure to draw every buyer on the complex to the Sledmere Stud draft at the Gold Coast this week.

Consigned as Lot 15, this lovely Kingman filly foaled on August 2 is the first foal of Bethsaida (GB), an unraced half-sister by champion sire Dubawi to stakes-winners Dunelight and Sperry.

The European Horse of the Year in 2014, Kingman was a superstar miler and has already made his mark at stud with his oldest progeny just three year-olds. His offspring already include six stakes-winners headed by Group I Poule d'Essai des Poulains winner Persian King and Group II winner Calyx.

Sledmere Stud will offer a big draft of 28 youngsters (click to see the full draft) with a selection of highlights below:

Lot 30 Filly Flying Artie x Brisk (GB), by Nayef
