Another Debut Winner for Deep Field

Deep Field added another impressive debut winner to his tally on Thursday when Riddle Me That powered clear to win as he pleased.

Deep FieldTrained by Matt Laurie, Riddle Me That worked forward to take the lead and gave a good kick off the turn to win the 1106 metre maiden at Benalla by two and a half lengths.

A big flashy chestnut with a baldy face, Riddle Me That was retained to race by his breeder and is the eighth winner from good producing Group III winner Justine Coup.

Riddle Me That is the eighth winner for Deep Field , whose winners include Group II winner Dig Deep and Group III winner Cosmic Force, who ran favourite in the Golden Slipper.

Another successful sire son of Northern Meteor, Deep Field is among the most promising young sires in the country.
