New Home for Eurozone

Media Release - Tuesday April 2
Fresh from siring two stakes-winners in the past month in Krone and Mystery Love, quality Northern Meteor stallion Eurozone will be heading to a new home this spring with the announcement he will be leaving Newgate Farm to stand at Bellereve Stud near Canberra.

EurozoneBest known as the sire of smart Group II placed stakes-winner Krone, who recently won the Listed ATC Darby Munro Quality, and undefeated $150,000 Bendigo Guineas winner Mystery Love, Eurozone is a handsome individual representing one of the most exciting sire lines in the country.

"As a team we are very excited to bring a stallion with the profile of Eurozone to the Canberra region," said Chris Burke of Bellereve Stud.

"After the unfortunate passing of Zariz recently we believe the area is in need of a stallion of this quality. Eurozone has had a big two weeks with the talented Krone winning the Darby Munro Stakes at Rosehill and exciting filly Mystery Love extending her unbeaten record winning the Listed Bendigo Guineas."

The deal brokered by Newgate Farm has allowed everyone involved with the stallion to retain their breeding rights.
