The track is rated a heavy (8) and the rail is in the out 10m 1200m-400m; out 7m the remainder. sectional 611m position.

Racenet’s summaries and tips for the meeting are.

Race 1 summary - ALAMONTEEL has the big weight here but if she gets a claim, she looks hard to beat again after a punishing win here in the Parks track last time. She maps to be just in behind the leaders and has a good turn of foot. TEMPS VOLEUR is getting out to a more preferable trip here. He was forced to do all the chasing last time and maps to get a more economical run today. EMMOOKI'S DASH looks the leader, may be able to feature if able to steal a couple of cheap sectionals. For fourth, SASUN is rising in grade but was a good last start winner here.
Race 1 tips - 1st: ALAMONTEEL (1), 2nd: TEMPS VOLEUR (2), 3rd: EMMOOKI'S DASH (3), 4th: SASUN (7).

Race 2 summary - KELLSTORM was dominant here three weeks ago, sat back near last and was sent forward for a long-sustained run and bolted away in the straight. Has to carry the extra kg's but that win was impressive. EPSOM HILL will be up on the speed and with the 6 week freshen up may be hard to run down. FLYING CASINO meets the top weight a little better in the weights but appeared to have every chance against him last time. MAPPING will find this tougher but should be running on well.
Race 2 tips - 1st: KELLSTORM (1), 2nd: EPSOM HILL (6), 3rd: FLYING CASINO (2), 4th: MAPPING (8).

Race 3 summary - KID FLASH showed good speed at his first preparation, has trialed well in the wet, likely to get a bog here today. JACLYN was dominant on debut, trialed well on the soft track. Chance if she handles the conditions. SEBFIRE looks to have a stack of ability, won well on resumption on a bog track. This is harder. If the fence is not off WHITE KAPS will get a cheap run, can run a place.
Race 3 tips - 1st: KID FLASH (1), 2nd: JACLYN (8), 3rd: SEBFIRE (2), 4th: WHITE KAPS (5).

Race 4 summary - FEDERAL COURT is resuming here, trialed well in these conditions. He was good in two starts last campaign, will be up on the speed. ASHERO is a last start bleeder, has been off for the required time. Expect them to back him at some stage. EVIL DREAMS has been gallant in defeat at his last two, sat wide and stuck on well. If he gets any cover he will be in the finish. I AM THE GENERAL will go forward, if he can lob the box seat he is a winning chance.
Race 4 tips - 1st: FEDERAL COURT (2), 2nd: ASHERO (6), 3rd: EVIL DREAMS (5), 4th: I AM THE GENERAL (1).

Race 5 summary - GAME OF WAR has the horror draw but he will get back anyway. He showed a devastating turn of foot last time putting away the field in a stride or two. Can step up to the next level here. MISS JOOLIA was super last time when beaten in a harder race, look for her flashing late. JET EXPRESS has been consistent this time in, not sure where he will get to from out there but has shown he can be versatile. SPIRITOF ENDEAVOUR is back in grade, has to be thrown in all exotics.
Race 5 tips - 1st: GAME OF WAR (4), 2nd: MISS JOOLIA (6), 3rd: JET EXPRESS (5), 4th: SPIRITOF ENDEAVOUR (1).

Race 6 summary - Looks a three horse race. Prepared to go with what should be the biggest price of the three in PROUD WOLF, solid effort last start in Victoria after a tough run, handled these conditions well. If the inside is not off, SHOWPERO should be able to kick through and either lead or take the cold sit. She was ok at Listed level last start. PEPPER THE PIN will roll forward early. SUBJECT TO CHANGE next best.
Race 6 tips - 1st: PROUD WOLF (3), 2nd: SHOWPERO (12), 3rd: PEPPER THE PIN (6), 4th: SUBJECT TO CHANGE (7).

Race 7 summary - LANKAN RUPEE was good resuming on the heavy track, had every chance but will have come on from that run. Looks well in at the weights. I AM ZELADY for the quinella ahead of CASINO WIZARD and LORD ASPEN.
Race 7 tips - 1st: LANKAN RUPEE (1), 2nd: I AM ZELADY (13), 3rd: CASINO WIZARD (2), 4th: LORD ASPEN (4).

Race 8 summary - Looks the most open race on the card. Play wide in the Quads, include ENZO THE BARBER, INFINITY QUEEN, ILGATTINO and PLUCKIT. No confidence at all, the huge field will ensure that a gem of a ride is needed and will be the difference.
Race 8 tips - 1st: ENZO THE BARBER (4), 2nd: INFINITY QUEEN (5), 3rd: ILGATTINO (2), 4th: PLUCKIT (10).
