Inglis Classic Pinhook Winners

The 2019 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale produced it's share of pinhook winners with Newhaven Park selling two of the top three most profitable youngsters.

Below are the top pinhooks that made more than $100,000 in profit and click here for the full list..




Topping the list was a lovely Star Witness filly from Madam Nash that made $350,000 for Newhaven Park when purchased by Orbis Bloodstock. 




She was bred by B2B Bloodstock and carries the Newhaven Park brand, but was sold as a weanling for $27,000 to Ken and Leanne Parsons at the Inglis Australian Weanling Sale.

Bowness Stud enjoyed a good return with their Brazen Beau colt from Ms Mazetti that made $200,000 to the bid of A Wong. 




He was sourced from the Inglis Great Southern Weanling Sale by the Watershed Partnership for $25,000 from the Three Bridges Thoroughbreds draft.

Newhaven Park tasted more success for owners Ken and Leanne Parsons with a Smart Missile filly from Hannah Jane that made $170,000 when snapped up by Blandford Bloodstock. 




She was sourced from the Inglis Great Southern Weanling Sale from the Rosemont Stud draft for $20,000.

Next on the list was Fergal Connolly's Valiant Stud with their Exosphere filly from Intendment that made $200,000 when knocked down to Gall Bloodstock. 




From a half-sister to four-time Group I winner Appearance, she was sourced from the Sledmere draft at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale for $60,000.

Lime Country Thoroughbreds had a remarkable success with their Charge Forward filly from Defying Gravity that made $150,000 when secured by Yulong Investments. 




She was sourced for just $16,000 at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale from the draft of Vinery Stud by James Bester Bloodstock.
