More Holbrook Stars for Classic

Julie Harris of Holbrook Thoroughbreds has some great types at Riverside Stables this week ahead of the 2019 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale with a crackerjack draft of 18 youngsters by a wide range of sires including reigning champion Snitzel, who has a colt from one of the most commercial North American families featuring superstar mare Beholder.

Lot 486 Colt Snitzel x Malibu Fever, by Malibu Moon




One of only three colts in the sale by Snitzel and is the first foal of a superbly bred mare with a North American pedigree featuring Champion Mare and $6million earner Beholder as well as Group I winners Into Mischief and Mendelssohn.

Half-brother to three winners including this season's brilliant Perth 2YO Jericho Missile, winner of the WATC Crystal Slipper at Ascot.

Lot 629 Filly Headwater x Quick's the Word, by Shamardal (USA)




First foal of smart Sydney metro winner Quick's the Word, a grand-daughter of juvenile Group winner Catchfire from the family of Group I winner River Dove, who is the dam of this filly's sire Headwater.
