First Season Sires – Rich Enuff

Tara Madgwick - Saturday January 5
Yearling buyers will have to wait another year to bid on the first offspring of Written Tycoon's Magic Millions and Golden Slipper winning son Capitalist, but for those interested in the Written Tycoon sireline, a look at the progeny of his first son to stud Rich Enuff is enlightening.

Rich EnuffA brilliant Group II winning sprinter, that was also second in the Group I MRC Caulfield Guineas splitting Shooting to Win and Wandjina, Rich Enuff went to stud first in Queensland for Glenlogan Park before switching to Woodside Park Stud in Victoria to stand along side his sire.

As a result he has a significant draft for Magic Millions and as you can see in the images, Rich Enuff is certainly producing a lot of yearlings true to the Written Tycoon type that has proven so commercial in the sale ring and successful on the track.

Written Tycoon stands at a fee of $110,000 and covered over 140 mares last year, so his star is still on the rise.
