Well backed when runner-up at Beaumont resuming and gets the chance to go one better with the run under his belt. MEROVEE resumes and close-up in both recent trials at Rosehill. Beaten favourite only run in his first preparation and respecting any betting moves here with Hugh Bowman in the saddle. LEGENDOFOZ did enough on debut finishing on the placegetters heels at Kembla to rate a winning chance here with the benefit of race experience. ACCLAIMED FIRST specked in the betting but needed the run at Wyong resuming. Close-up this track and distance second-up last preparation and a likely improver here.

Race 3 summary - REACH FOR HEAVEN Newcastle winner three runs back and solid in two subsequent metropolitan runs. The one to beat back to provincial grade. ONSLAUGHT Won successive races at Gosford and Canterbury last preparation and close-up both runs this time in at Wyong and Canterbury Looks well placed this grade. CYRUS ROCKS resumes for new stable on the back of a runner-up finish in a Warwick Farm trial. Hit his straps over further last preparation but placed this trip first-up last time in and goes in everything fresh here. They look the three.
Race 3 tips - 1st: REACH FOR HEAVEN (1), 2nd: ONSLAUGHT (2), 3rd: CYRUS ROCKS (3), 4th: KENDALMAN (5).

Race 5 summary - SWEET DEAL placed in the Inglis Classic and Widden as a two-year-old. Well backed but didn't fire at Warwick Farm resuming on a soft track. Set to improve sharply on a drier surface. NAME OF THE ROSE runner-up two from three in her first preparation. Blew the start at Gosford resuming. Capable of improving sharply with an even getaway. MIDNIGHT DELIGHT placed first four career starts and finished on the placegetters heels at Canterbury resuming. Right in the mix back to a provincial maiden against her own sex. STELLA VICTORIA placed three from five including both runs at Hawkesbury this time in. Expected to be in the finish again from an ideal barrier draw.
Race 5 tips - 1st: SWEET DEAL (9), 2nd: NAME OF THE ROSE (3), 3rd: MIDNIGHT DELIGHT (2), 4th: STELLA VICTORIA (8).

Race 6 summary - IT'S SO OBVIOUS winner here resuming three runs back before placing at Rosehill. Well beaten at the same track last start but can bounce back over the shorter journey here. HUMILITY worked home solidly when runner-up at Gosford resuming. Has won second-up previously and right in the mix with the run under her belt. NAUGHTY THOUGHTS resumes and runner-up in latest trial at Rosehill. Runner-up this track and distance resuming last campaign and looks ready to go fresh here from a good gate. RHYMES the other main hope.
Race 6 tips - 1st: IT'S SO OBVIOUS (3), 2nd: HUMILITY (7), 3rd: NAUGHTY THOUGHTS (4), 4th: RHYMES (1).

Race 7 summary - JAGGER appreciated the step up in distance to break his maiden status at 15th career start here last start. No surprise to see him string a couple together. VINDEX placed last two at Newcastle and Beaumont. Crying out for the step up in distance and right in the mix. DASHING SPECIAL appreciated the step up in distance when placed at Hawkesbury last start and expected to further improve up to the 2200m here. CRIMSON HALO placed three of last five and at least a place hope again with a soft run from the inside gate.
Race 7 tips - 1st: JAGGER (3), 2nd: VINDEX (8), 3rd: DASHING SPECIAL (5), 4th: CRIMSON HALO (1).
