Swettenham Stallions Warm Up a Cold Winter Day

The annual Swettenham Stud open day on Sunday attracted a large crowd despite the chilly weather with six top class sires presented in peak condition for the breeding season ahead.



Adam Sangster has put together a diverse roster headed by global superstar Highland Reel (IRE), the highest earning stakes-winner by legendary sire Galileo and the highest earning European trained stakes-winner in racing history.

The seven time Group I winner is joined by Champion 3YO Miler Toronado (IRE) (High Chaparral), Melbourne Cup winner Americain (USA) (Dynaformer), Group I winners Rebel Dane (California Dane)and Trust in a Gust (Keep the Faith) as well as Puissance de Lune (IRE), the brilliant Group II winning Group I placed son of Shamardal.
