Daily Debutants – Ireland

Tara Madgwick - Saturday August 11
One of the most interesting first starters anywhere in the world this weekend will run at Cork in Ireland and she's a half-sister by Galileo to Australia's reigning Champion First Season Sire Zoustar.

ZouzouAt the 2014 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale Coolmore paid $775,000 for Redoute's Choice mare Zouzou, who had risen to fame and fortune following the deeds of her talented son Zoustar, who had won the Group I VRC Coolmore Stud Stakes and Golden Rose the year before.

She was offered in foal to All Too Hard and Coolmore subsequently sold that colt for $160,000 at the Magic Millions Yearling Sale and sent Zouzou to Ireland for a date with Galileo.

Her first mating with the champion sire produced a filly in 2016 and her name is At Last.

Prepared by Aidan O'Brien, At Last runs for the Coolmore partners in a two year-old fillies maiden over 1m.
