Cream of the Crop in Book 1 of Centenary National Yearling Sale

Media Release - Thursday December 4

NZB is gearing up to mark the milestone 100th National Yearling Sale in New Zealand at Karaka in late January. The marquee section of that centenary sale, Book 1 of Karaka 2026, has drawn a catalogue worthy of the momentous occasion.

Some of the best-bred yearlings in the Southern Hemisphere will be among the 567 lots going through the ring on Sunday 25 and Monday 26 January.

Damask Rose won the inaugural $4million NZB Kiwi.

There are more than a dozen siblings to Group One winners, and countless other yearlings boasting elite pedigree credentials.
