Trial Winner for Extreme Warrior

Tara Madgwick - Friday September 19

Rosemont Stud is home to young Extreme Choice stallion Extreme Warrior, who had his first trial winner at Murray Bridge on Thursday.

Trained by Travis Doudle, two year-old colt Blandford Baron skipped away in his 850m trial to win by more than a length.

Extreme Warrior is a Group III winning son of Extreme Choice and like his sire has some fertility issues, but he was paraded at Rosemont Stud along with all the other stallions at their open day last month.

Anthony Mithen was candid about his fertility, but made the valid point that it had not stopped Extreme Choice becoming one of the best sires in the country.
