A three-time Group-winning mare offered by Newhaven Park Stud in foal to one of the best stallions in the country changed hands for $1,35 million at the Inglis Chairman's Sale – Elite Breeding Prospects on Thursday.

Gypsy DiamondGypsy Diamond was offered by Newhaven Park as part of the Finemore Thoroughbreds and Planette Thoroughbred Trading unreserved reduction sale and she was purchased by Yu Long Investments.

Gypsy Diamond is in foal to outstanding stallion I Am Invincible with a September cover and has a Brazen Beau yearling colt on the ground, which will be retained by the mare's former owners.

As a racehorse, Gypsy Diamond, a daughter of Not A Single Doubt, won four of her 27 starts earning more than $750,000.
