Eureka Stud Confirm 2025 Stud Fees

Media Release - Friday May 2

Eureka is proud to announce its lineup of stallions for the 2025 Breeding Season.

With another strong year of racetrack performance, and what looks to be a vintage crop of two-year-olds, Spirit of Boom continues to certify himself as a proven and potent producer of precocious horses that train on with a powerful stakes winner conversion.

This year he sired 25% of the Magic Millions 2YO Classic field and has already produced 5 new 2YO stakes performers this season including SHINING SMILE the winner of 4 in a row in Melbourne. With the Winter Carnival now kicking off he is sure to produce another customary flurry of further stakes winners.

His progeny have once again been exceptionally well received in the market selling up to $575,000 and averaging $175,000 at the Magic Millions January sale, with a majority of his progeny selling for $100,000 of more.

Spirit of Boom

Spirit of Boom will once again retain his fee at $38,500 inc GST with interstate incentive available.

After covering a strong first book of 133 mares in his first season, Don Corleone is set to get a better chance than even his own sire EXTREME CHOICE at emulating his deeds at stud. With Extreme Choice going onto even a new level this season in producing a Melbourne Cup and a Blue Diamond winner, he now sits in rare air as a producer of five individual Group 1 winners from only 118 runners or 4.2%.

Don Corleone was a super two-year-old who was narrowly denied a Blue Diamond win himself with a slashing run from the rear of the field, and other great performances in finishing second to MILITARIZE in the Group 1 ATC Sires and fourth in the Golden Slipper. A handsome representative of his sire and grandsire Not A Single Doubt, he was a $650,000 weanling and comes from a super speed family being closely related to undefeated Group 1 winner PRIVATE HARRY.

This exceptional opportunity to breed to this elite sire line will be again at a fee of $13,200 inc GST, with a No Foal Refund.

Rounding off the roster is Encryption, who is now the sire of two Million Dollar prizemoney earners in CIFRADO and ENCODER, both chasing Group 1’s this winter carnival.

Encryption

The exceptionally bred son of LONHRO out of four-time Group 1 winner GUELPH represents great value this year at a fee of $9,900 inc GST with payment on Live Foal.
