World Class National Broodmare Sale Catalogue Online

Media Release - Wednesday April 23

Australia's biggest and most commercial breeding stock auction is set to deliver more life changing opportunities with a sensational catalogue released for the 2025 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale.

Zougotcha will be offered at the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale

Highlighted by 10 individual Group One winners - including seven straight off the track - the catalogue will see prospective buyers spoilt for choice for the May 27 and 28 auction.

Elite level racetrack stars Zougotcha, Atishu, Climbing Star, Belclare, Molly Bloom, Socks Nation and Campionessa feature in a catalogue of 524 quality lots.

No fewer than 140 black type performed lots have been catalogued - 51 of them straight off the track. This number has already grown with early supplementaries.

The broodmare session on Day Two of the auction will feature three Group One winners covered by I Am Invincible and Zoustar as well as proven Group producers and some of the best bred mares in the Southern Hemisphere.

"The catalogue is world class," Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch. "This will again be Australia's biggest and most commercial sale of its kind."

"There is such depth to the catalogue from the racefillies on Day One through to the broodmares on Day Two. All ends of the market will be covered by quality lots."

"We are proud to be able to catalogue 140 black type fillies and mares - many straight off the track and others in foal to the hottest sires in the country."

"The covering sires in the National Broodmare Sale read like a who's who of the industry - young and highly commercial prospects aplenty. We encourage you to immerse yourself in the pedigrees - it's an incredible lineup of fillies and mares."

"Across the years so many astute buyers have made life changing purchases to boost and enhance their broodmare bands - the catalogue in 2025 will again provide those incredible opportunities," Bowditch added.

Mares purchased at the National Broodmare Sale have produced the likes of Aeliana, Benedetta, Devil Night, Golden Sixty, Magic Time, Private Harry, Schwarz, Skybird, Stefi Magnetica, Sunlight and the incomparable Winx, for their new owners post purchase.
