Bloodstock Brains Behind the Big Stables

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday April 15

The modern world of big business horse training sees all the major players having trusted bloodstock agents as an integral part of their team and in the case of Bjorn Baker that person is Jim Clarke of Clarke Bloodstock.

Arapaho (Fr) was plucked from an Arqana Mixed Sale in France in 2020 for 140,000 euros and has won $4million!

We had him as a guest on Tara Talks Racing this week as he shared with Clocker and I the stories behind the purchase of the stable’s Group I winning stars Arapaho (Fr) and Stefi Magnetica, plus Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner O’Ole.

Stefi Magnetica was a $140,000 Magic Millions yearling purchase from Cressfield and has won $6million.

What an amazing season it’s been for this team!
