Happy Valley Wednesday Wrap - Season winner 9 for Toronado

Toronado added to his strong Hong Kong season at Happy Valley on Wednesday night, with new winners also for Redwood, Capitalist and Shamexpress, and Hugh Bowman rode a treble.

Verbier’s win in the opening race took Toronado’s season tally to nine and he currently sits third on both the HK earnings and winners tables.

Blue Point’s upwardly mobile sprinter Colourful King was also impressive for David Eustace in race five, taking his Hong Kong record to two wins from three starts, having had five starts for two wins in Victoria when named Blue Renegade.
