Sha Tin Double for Wrote

Media Release - Monday March 31

Highview Stud's Group I winning son of High Chaparral, Wrote was represented by two winners in Hong Kong on Sunday.

The Dennis Yip-trained 4YO, Fast Network posted his fifth win from only 10 starts, in which he has never finished further back than fourth, and second win in a row, with an enormous win in the Barker Handicap (1200m), for which he collected a PPG Bonus of HK$1 million as well as the HK$1.59 million winners’ purse.

"Fast Network got a pretty soft win in the end and he ran a faster time than Helios Express did in running second to Ka Ying Rising in the Gr.2 Sprint Cup (1200m). He looks a very promising horse and next season he should be right at the top of his game," Highview's Brent Gillovic said.

Wrote (IRE)

The Frankie Lor-trained 3YO South Star brought up a double for Wrote, when he opened his winning account in the Pollock Handicap (1400m) at just his third start.
