Nominations online for Rosehill Saturday August 12

The nominations for Rosehill on Saturday are available online with the Listed The Rosebud (1100m) highlighting a nine race card.

The Rosebud (1100m) serves as one of the main lead-up races into next month's Group I Golden Rose (1400m) at Rosehill and a competitive pool of 11 three-year-olds have been nominated including the unbeaten Siege Of Quebec.

Golden Slipper contestants Menari and Diamond Tathagata have also been nominated, along with Godolphin's Black Opal runner-up Trekking.

Richard Freedman's Delight and David Pfieffer's Readycatgo are the only two first starters nominated to line up in the $150,000 event.

The Spring Preview Handicap (1400m) has also attracted a small but quality field.

Peter and Paul Snowden's That's A Good Idea is the highest rated horse nominated on 101 followed closely by Kim Waugh's Oxford Poet on 99.

Chris Waller has three nominated for the race including Randwick Guineas placegetter Comin' Through and Villiers place-getter Sarrasin.

Last start Rosehill winner Arbeitsam is dual nominated for the Premier's Cup Prelude (1800m) and the Benchmark 80 Handicap (1500m).

Nominations have been extended for The Rosebud (1100m), Spring Preview Handicap (1400m), Premier's Cup Prelude (1800m), Benchmark 95 Handicap (1100m) and F&M Benchmark 85 Handicap (1400m).
