Tara Madgwick - Sunday November 24

At the 2023 Magic Millions Yearling Sale on the Gold Coast US investors Richard and Tammy Rigney of Rigney Racing purchased two yearling fillies by I Am Invincible for $2million and $1.2million and got a result with one of them in Canberra on Sunday.

Invincible Madison, the filly from Super Too purchased for $1.2million, was given to Snowden Racing to train and ran as a fancied runner in the Group III ATC Gimcrack Stakes last year although finished unplaced.

$1.2million I Am Invincible filly from Super Too at the Gold Coast in 2023.

She was then fifth on a wet track at her only other run earlier this year in a maiden at Bendigo in June before stepping out as a hot favourite in the 1000m maiden at Canberra and duly trotted up scoring by more than three lengths.

Bred and sold by Glenlogan Park, Invincible Madison is a three-quarter sister-in-blood to Group III winner and sire Super One and is the first foal of Group II placed Hinchinbrook mare Super Too, whose second foal is a two year-old colt by I Am Invincible that sold at Magic Millions this year for $600,000 to Rosemont Stud/Suman Hedge Bloodstock.

Super Too has another yearling for Magic Millions 2025 with Glenlogan Park to offer her filly by I Am Invincible’s champion son Home Affairs as Lot 1009.

She has foaled again this spring to I Am Invincible producing a colt on October 27.

The other I Am Invincible filly bought by the Rigney’s for $2million is from Flippant and has been named Invincible Claire. She too is trained by Peter Snowden and has had a few barrier trials but remains unraced.
