Juvenile Trial Watch – Randwick

Tara Madgwick - Monday November 11

There was only one heat for juveniles at Randwick on Monday morning and half of the eight horse field came from the Waterhouse Bott stable including the well bred winner, who carries the colours of Emirates Park.

Capitalist filly Ethaara had her first trial last month at Hawkesbury and finished fourth behind North England, who won the Golden Gift and Within the Law, who went to Melbourne and won the Inglis Banner. She confirmed that form when travelling three deep for Rachel King before forging clear to win the 740m dash by a couple of lengths.

Ethaara was retained to race by Emirates Park and is a three-quarter sister by Written Tycoon’s son Capitalist to their former brilliant Group winning filly Enthaar from Final Agreement,  a winning full sister to Group I winner Secret Agenda.

Final Agreement has a yearling filly by Zoustar, but no foal this spring after missing to Brave Smash (Jpn).
