Media Release - Saturday June 29

Last year’s Prix du Jockey (Gr.1) and Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (Gr.1) hero ACE IMPACT and this year’s French Derby winner LOOK DE VEGA notably have one thing in common, they are both graduates of the August Yearling Sale, which is synonymous with excellence in the ring and on the racecourse.

With his first Australian bred 2YO's to race next season, Wootton Bassett has 30 entries for this sale.

To name just a few, UNQUESTIONABLE, FEED THE FLAME, ANCIENT WISDOM, SUNWAY, GOLD TRIP, BUCANERO FUERTE and FACTEUR CHEVAL have also upheld the impressive reputation of the sale with their race records, which has become an unmissable event for yearling buyers across the world.

This year, the sale will take place from August 16-18, around the prestigious racing weekend that will hold the Prix Morny and Prix Jean Romanet (Gr.1s). A total of 325 yearlings with exceptional conformation and pedigrees are catalogued in the following order:
