Zoustar has five entries.

All of Australia’s top 15 active stallions according to the General Sires Premiership table will be represented in the 2024 edition of the sale, including I Am Invincible, Zoustar, So You Think, Pride of Dubai, Written Tycoon, Snitzel, Dundeel, Capitalist, Hellbent, Street Boss and All Too Hard.

Progeny by 117 individual sires will go under the hammer on the Gold Coast including members of the first crop of 22 exciting stallions including Farnan, Ole Kirk and Wootton Bassett.

The National Yearling Sale has a proud history of producing elite gallopers - past graduates have won races such as the Golden Slipper, Australian Oaks, Victoria Derby, Dubai Golden Shaheen, Rosehill Guineas and Kelt Capital Stakes.

The majority of lots going under the hammer are eligible to nominate for the $20.79 million Magic Millions Race Series with 28 races across six states.

"Buying from Magic Millions Yearling Sales gives you more races and more prizemoney," Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch noted.

"There are races available for these yearlings from 1000 metres to 2200 metres including the new $1 million Magic Millions National 2YO Classic under lights at the Gold Coast on Friday, 24 May."

"Eligible graduates can also compete at the $14.75 million The Star Gold Coast Magic Millions Raceday each January, while the new Friday night eve meeting will present five more races worth $2.25 million."

"Over the years the National Yearling Sale has produced top tier gallopers all around the world - with champions in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore."

"Group One winner Campionessa, brilliant Toowoomba Group winner Yellow Brick and Group Two winner and Saturday's Robert Sangster Stakes contender Stretan Angel are other fine examples of the quality on offer at this auction each year. Only last Saturday the Team Rogerson trained Domain Ace went two from two brilliantly winning the Star Way Stakes at Ellerslie - he was a $35,000 purchase at the last National Yearling Sale." Bowditch added.
