All Roads Lead to Riverside Stables

Tara Madgwick - Monday April 1

Inglis Easter inspections kick off at Riverside Stables from today with a catalogue of 500 set to draw buyers from around the world and if you need a reminder of what is on offer the sire and vendor break up show us I Am Invincible as the leading sire by numbers (44) and Arrowfield the leading vendor with 61 entries, which is 20 more than their nearest rival.

I Am Invincible is riding high as the leading sire in the country by a big margin, while Zoustar, who equalled him on 14 stakes-winners last weekend, Written Tycoon and Snitzel are all in the Top 5.

Arrowfield have held back their best for Inglis Easter and their draft includes siblings to leading Doncaster contender Celestial Legend, quality colt two year-old colt Switzerland, who has tasted defeat only once this season and Oaks contender Tutta La Vita, who very nearly upset Orchestral in the Group I ATC Vinery Stud Stakes last Saturday.

Lot 260 is the half-brother by Maurice (Jpn) to Celestial Legend.

Widden is next on the most represented vendor list and their draft includes the half-brother to Coolmore Classic winner and Doncaster contender Zougotcha and the full brother to Schwarz, who goes to the Group II Arrowfield Sprint.

Lot 24 is the half-brother by Written Tycoon to Zougotcha.
