Staying three year-olds have the potential to earn a great deal of prizemoney, often against pretty moderate opposition, so let's take a look at the types of yearlings that have succeeded in this domain.

The following Group I winning three year-olds were all successful at 2000 metres and beyond and were offered at yearling sales in Australia and New Zealand.
