Raheen Stud Value at Magic Millions March

Raheen Stud will be kept busy at the Gold Coast next week presenting 25 QTIS eligible youngsters at the Magic Millions March Yearling Sale (March 11 and 12) with the majority of the draft by the farm’s prolific sire of winners Heroic Valour, who has a couple of nice horses running for him in Hong Kong.

Gallant Valour won at Happy Valley for Jamie Richards in December and has been placed in all three of his runs since then and the David Hayes trained Star Mac has been very competitive in the prestigious 4YO Classic Series finishing third to Helios Express in the Classic Mile and then fourth at his most recent run to the same horse in the Classic Cup.

A Group I winning son of Fastnet Rock, Heroic Valour has sired Queensland metro winners this season such as Heroic Miss, Too Hard to Refuse, Uncommon Valour, Conquistadores and Salt Lake Betty.

From stakes-placed Germayne Lass, a half-sister to stakes-winner Throssell. Dam has done a great job with three winners from four to race and her two year-old Froebel Star (Zousain) was second to Too Darn Lizzie in the Magic Millions Debut and then sixth in Listed ATC Lonhro Plate.
