Fangirl Relations in Perth Magic Millions

Tara Madgwick - Sunday February 18

It was impossible not to be impressed by the winning return of Fangirl in the Group II ATC Apollo Stakes with the daughter of Sebring now surpassing Criterion as his highest stake earner and this $7.5million earner has her pedigree origins in Western Australia, so not surprisingly there are a couple of Perth Magic Millions yearlings to be offered from her family.

Fangirl is from stakes-winner Little Surfer Girl, whose triple Group I winning dam Special Harmony is from Group III WATC Sires Produce Stakes winner Marooned Lady.

By Sydney Cup winner Marooned (GB), Marooned Lady was a blue hen that left 10 winners from 13 runners with Special Harmony her standout along with Group II WATC Perth Cup winner King Canute and Group II WATC Karrakatta Plate winner Redwoldt.

The following yearlings to be offered in Perth this week all trace back to this wonderful family and include the half-brother to Group III WA Oaks winner She’s Fit.
