Alcohol Free is the most expensive horse Yulong have purchased at auction topping the 2022 Tattersalls December Mares Sale at 5.4million guineas and after a winless five start campaign in Australia last year she is now headed back to Europe and retirement.

Alcohol Free has left Australia and is headed back to the UK.

A four time Group I winner by No Nay Never, Alcohol Free couldn’t find her best form in the care of Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott finishing last in The Everest before fourth and fifth placings in the $2million Invitation won by Espiona and Group I VRC Empire Rose Stakes won by Pride of Jenni.

Alcohol Free has been confirmed to be covered in the UK this year by champion sire Frankel, who has 14 entries for Inglis Easter and two for Inglis Premier.
