2024 Inglis Easter – The Vendor Break Up

Tara Madgwick - Sunday January 21

The 2024 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale is set to be dominated by Arrowfield Stud with their draft of 61 yearlings by far the largest of any vendor in the sale.

Click to see the sale index.

Arrowfield had a quiet Magic Millions by their lofty standards selling  49 yearlings for $12.8million to be fifth leading vendor by aggregate, but their average of $261,429 was just below that of the sale average which settled at $276,303. Their top seller and lone million dollar yearling was Arcadia Queen’s first foal, a colt by I Am Invincible that made $1million to the bid of Hawkes Racing.

Their Inglis Easter draft looks stronger on paper and is dominated by their sires with just nine by outside stallions, so if you are an Arrowfield fan it’s time to get excited as here is the cream of the crop.
