The fourth and penultimate session of Book 1 of the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale on Friday features several potential sale-toppers by I An Invincible and a glorious Written Tycoon colt out of the outstanding In Her Time.

Lot 693 B C Zoustar x Fuddle Dee Duddle by Red Ransom – Consignor Longwood Thoroughbred Farm

Dam has had three yearlings be Zoustar sell for $1,450,000, $1,000,000 and $360,000.

The $1,000,000 colt is the Gr III VRC Maribyrnong Plate winner Brereton and last year’s $1,450,000 filly Rambling is in the stable of Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr.

Fuddle Dee Duddle is a Gr III winning half-sister to the Gr III VRC Gilgai Stakes winner Hallowell Belle (Starcraft), who was runner-up in the Gr 1 ATC Flight Stakes and Gr 1 MRC Blue Diamond Stakes.

Another half-sister, Bella Orfana, is the dam of the outstanding Bella Nipotino (Pride Of Dubai) whose six wins and $6 million in earnings are highlighted by the Gr 1 MVRC Manikato Stakes.

Lot 709 B C Exceed And Excel x Gift Of Power by Power – Consignor: Rosemont Stud.

Rosemont shelled out $800,000 for Gift Of Power, the winner of 11 races in New Zealand, including the Gr II WRC Wakefield Challenge Stakes.

This is her first foal. Gift Of Power is a daughter of Capital Diamond (Lucky Unicorn) a 3-time winner whose placings include the Gr 1 New Zealand One Thousand Guineas and is a descendant of the immortal Eight Carat.

Lot 713 B C Written Tycoon x Glamour Cat by More Than Ready – Consignor: Baramul Stud.

The first foal of another descendant of Eight Carat, the 3-time winner Glamour Cat, whose Gr III-winning dam Kittens (Redoute’s choice) finished fourth in the Gr 1 VRC Oaks and Gr 1 South Australian Derby.

Kittens is a sister to the Gr III VRC CS Hayes Stakes winner and Gr 1 VRC Australian Guineas third Sheer Talent, and a half-sister to Gr III winner Saint Encosta.

Lot 719 B C Tagaloa x Gold And Diamonds by Fastnet Rock – Consignor Yulong

A hat-trick for the Eight Carat tribe. A half-sister to Capital Diamond, Gold And Diamonds has had two through the ring, with her I Am Invincible filly Authentic Jewel making $650,000 in 2020 and her Zoustar filly selling for $900,000 in 2021.

Authentic Jewel is a stakes-placed winner of four races.

Gold And Diamonds was an $800,000 buy for Yulong in 2018.

Lot 741 I Am Invincible x Haut Brion Her by Zoustar – Consignor: Three Bridges Thoroughbreds

First foal of a top-class mare whose six wins from 13 starts included the Gr II VRC Blazer Stakes and Gr. II ATC Sheraco Stakes while banking nearly $1.5 million.

A half-sister to Group III winner Karacatis and stakes-winner Shamillion, Haut Brion Her Haut Brion Her hails from a family nurtured by Dave Chrystal’s Bellerive Stud.

Lot 768 B C Farnan x I Am Excited by Snitzel – Consignor: Bell River Thoroughbreds

Second foal of the Gr 1 ATC Galaxy Hcp winner and $1.2 million earner I Am Excited, a three-quarter sister to the Gr III VRC Frances Tressady Stakes winner Flippant (Hinchinbrook), who had an I Am Invincible filly sell for $2,000,000 last year and another Vinnie filly sell for $750,000 in session three on Thursday.

Lot 775 Ch C Snitzel x Iffranesia (FR) by Iffraaj - Consignor: Arrowfield Stud.

This colt is a brother to the $900,000 Snitzel filly Lamorlaye, which finished second in three of four starts for Chris Waller before retiring to visit Capitalist.

The dam’s 2yo The Autumn Sun filly, November Sun, is showing promise for Matthew Dunn and was a barrier trial winner on December 27.

Iffranesia (FR) was a 9-time winner in Europe, highlighted by the Listed Prix de Bonneval at Chantilly.

She is a three-quarter-sister to Gr III winner Dibajj and a half-sister to the King Stand Stakes winner Chineur (Fasliyev), and to the dam of Gr III winner and Prix du Jockey Club and Poule d'Essai des Poulains runner-up The Summit (Wootton Bassett).

Lot 785 B C Written Tycoon x In Her Time by Time Thief – Consignor: Yulong.

After shelling out $2,200,000 for dual Gr 1 winner and $3.7 million earner In Her Time, Yulong received the first dividend when selling the mares first foal, a colt by I am Invincible for $800,000 here last year.

In Her Time’s half-sister, Hot Art is the dam of the talented Lempicka, a stakes-winning daughter of Written Tycoon’s Rich Enuff.

Lot 786 Ch f Snitzel x In Times of War by Street Cry – Consigner: Baramul Stud.

Half-sister to this season’s Gr III Breeders’ Plate winner Espionage (Zoustar), who was purchased here last year for $1,000,000.

Dam a very talented daughter of the crack General Nediym mare Military Rose, the winner of the Magic Millions 2yo Classic and Gr II Reisling Stakes.

Lot 795 B C Justify (USA) x Invincible Star by I Am Invincible – Consignor Coolmore Stud.

First foal of dual Gr III winner Invincible Star, who was second to Merchant Navy in the Gr 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes.

A $1,450,000 National Broodmare Sale purchase, Invincible Star is a three-quarter sister to Listed winner Festivity from the family of Innocent King, Unearthly, Gypsy Kingdom, Ideal Planet and Our Planet.

Lot 818 B F I Am Invincible x Just Fabulous by O’Reilly – Consignor: Yarraman Park Stud.

First foal of a Gr III-placed winner of four and a sister to stakes-winner Nowyousee, and a three-quarter-sister to Group 1 VRC Empire Rose Stakes winner and $5.2 million earner Icebath (Sacred Falls), and Gr III winner and multiple Gr 1-placed Courier Wonder (Sacred Falls).

A daughter of the 5-time winning Savabeel mare Fabulist, Just Fabulous was purchased for a mere $26,000 at the 2017 Karaka Yearling Sale, so looks likely to hit it out of the park with her first foal.

Half-sister to ATC Sweet Embrace Stakes winner Lazzago (Capitalist).

Dam is a 7-time winning half-sister to dual Listed winner Taameer (General Nediym) the dam of  Gr III VRC Thoroughbred Breeders' Stakes winner Khulaasa and Listed MRC Merson Cooper Stakes winner Bulbula, the dam of Gr II MRC Caulfield Sprint winner Doull and Gr III winner Aryaaf.

Lot 889 B F Snitzel x Loving Gaby by I Am Invincible – Consignor: Coolmore Stud.

Second foal of Gr 1 MVRC Manikato Stakes and Gr 1 William Reid Stakes winner Loving Gaby whose first foal, a Pierata filly, made $800,000 here last year.

A daughter of the Gr II Edward Manifold stakes runner-up Maastricht (Mastercraftsman), who was a $2,250,000 but at the Chairman’s Sale in 2019.

Lot 900 B F I Am Invincible x Madam Rouge by Zoustar – Consignor: Widden Stud.

First foal of top-class racemare who banked $1.4 million with six wins highlighted by the Gr II MRC Tristarc Stakes and was second in the Gr 1 Stradbroke Hcp.  

A daughter of the Listed MRC Summoned Stakes winner Cabernet (Al Maher), Madam Rouge was purchased for $2,400,000 when carrying this filly.

Lot 909 B F Wootton Bassett (GB) x Majestic Sea (IRE) by Siyouni – Consignor: Kia Ora Stud.

Second foal of a lightly raced half-sister to Gr II Rockfel Stakes and Gr III Prestige Stakes winner Isabella Giles and multiple Gr III winner Majestic Colt the Champion Older Male Sprinter in Germany in 2021.

A daughter of the stakes-winning Dubawi mare, Majestic Dubawi, Majestic Sea’s first foal Majestuoso Phoenix (Lope De Vega) is in training with Ciaron Maher & David Eustace.

Third foal of Gr II-placed winner Mark Two who had a brother to this filly make $550,000 in 2022 and a brother sell for $300,000 last year.

Dam is a sister to Gr III winner Whistling Dixie and a half to Listed winner Victory Magic, who was second to Werther in the Hong Kong Derby and second to Blazing Speed in the Standard Chartered Champions & Chater Cup.

Half-brother to Gr III-placed Flashing Steel (Not a Single Doubt), a $1,000,000 buy here in 2021.

A daughter of the General Nediym mare Military Rose, the winner of the Magic Millions 2yo Classic and Gr II Reisling Stakes, Medaglia Valore is a winning half-sister to In Times Of War, the dam of this season’s Gr III Breeders’ Plate winner Espionage (Zoustar), who was purchased here last year for $1,000,000.
