The Neville Parnham-trained 6-year-old came from back in the field under topweight to overpower Real Danger I Am Invincible) by a head with Cut The Talk (Oratorio) back in third.

The winner of the Listed Beaufine Stakes from Real Danger in July, Ghost Who Walks came to the race off a close second to Hot Zed in the Group III Colonel Reeves Stakes on November 18.

A homebred for Colin Loxton, Ghost Who Walks advances his record to eleven wins, six seconds, and seven thirds from 43 starts with earnings of $549,355.

He is the best of four winners from as many to race for the winning Lonhro mare Death Knock, who was sold to Yevrah Investments for $45,000 when consigned to the 2022 Inglis July (Early) Online Sale.

A half-sister to the Listed Gold Coast Goldmarket winner Raido (Husson), Death Knock has a 2yo colt and a yearling colt by Playing God, who is in the Western Breeders Alliance draft heading to the 2024 Perth Yearling Sale (lot 45) . She foaled a Splitex filly in September and was covered by Playing God.

Ghost Who Walks comes from the second crop of Rivercrest Park Stud’s God Has Soken and is his lone stakes-winner. The 5-time stakes-winning son of Blackfriars stood at a fee of $2,200 in 2023.
